I filed a citizens complaint for unlawful excessive force, this officer aides in my torture along with 8 other police by helping his supervisor break my arm , injured my knee by using enough force to completely detach my ligament from the back of my kneecap, I can barely walk now, to even , tear ligaments in my shoulder, cause me to have a concussion and whiplash, from them slamming my head into the concrete , nearly breaking my neck, and I am a 100% disabled Retired Veteran, I was driving to the store to grab dinner so I can tske my prescription meds I needed so I will not have a thyroid storm and die being that i suffer from Hyperthyroidism and graves disease an autoimmune disorder , i violates no laws traffic wise, when i was hunted down 2 cops already on the brady list with redding pd, because i looked suspicious driving to the store they conducted an illegal traffic stop, , I had asked them to get their supervisor ( he is also on the Brady list) who he bought 6 other officers chase webber arnold being one of.them, where instead kf the supervisor doing the right thing he encouraged officer arnold and the rest of them to aid him in assaulting, and torturing me, Redding Police Department, is not in compliance with complaint procedures ,nor are they in compliance with placing officers names on the Brady list who have sustained complaints of unlawful use of excessive force, false reporting, false arrests, lying on the witness stand, etc. Chase Webber Arnold name is supposed to be on the Brady list for sustained unlawful use of excessive force. It states on this website that Redding Police Department continues to be non compliant , since they want to violate the Brady rule , I figured it be best if I report this officer directly to the Brady list site to have his name manually listed on the Brady website.
