he made contact with me by threatening me. He said that were was going to kick down my bedroom door because I did not wish to talk to him in the first place. stunned that a Sheriff would assault me and make my fear for my safety with threatening my property, safety and security in my own home and bedroom. I Opened the door and stepped out because a man with multiple deadly weapons was threatening me with violence if I didn't. After coming out and lying to me multiple times when he did not suspect me of committing a crime and forcing me to speak under duress from his threats I reiterated that he is not being truthful and that I did not want to talk to him. He was very forceful, abrasive and escalated instead of deescalating the situation he felt it necessary to threaten his way into. After lying to my face and making claims to me that I had said things that I did not and claiming that I said those things to him, when I did not I told him numerous times, at least 3, that I did not want to talk to with him and that he can leave. The sheriff's were not even requested, the ambulance was the reason for the call and that even was on the wrong assumption of a concerned parent because they were mistaken about medication that was prescribed and taken in direct accordance with the doctors instruction. After I had said 3 times I don't want to talk to you go away and said I am going back to bed as it was 1 AM and I only came out of my bedroom upon him threatening me with violence and I was scared. He had not shown me his badge or any type of ID other than his claim and he was uniformed, which I had no way of knowing was legitimate. I turned around walked back about 8-10 feet towards my bedroom which has an in-close door, meaning he had to imposingly follow me and cross the threshold of my bedroom door after repeated times I had said I did n to want to talk to him and to leave me alone. I had committed and could not have been suspected of committing any crime or infraction at this time. I turned around as I was closing my door and was surprised at how he was nearly up on me and I tried to finished shutting the door but he stuck his foot out to try and stop me from being safe in my bedroom. Apparently he couldn't control his anger and doesn't know that as a public servant he has no right to threaten me, my property and safety all while possessing multiple deadly weapons and a very obvious loose control over his emotions and an already demonstrated propensity to lie as he had just moments before demonstrated. He then shouldered my bedroom door down, destroying my property and went on to arrest me in which I was completely stunned and was confused having no idea what was going on or why I was being accosted as when he shouldered the door and I was just on the other side it blew off the hinges and hit me in the back of my head making me freeze completely stunned. I was not told during the rest if the night what the reasoning was or why I was being subjected to violations of my 4th amendment protected right to be secure in my house and person, 5th amendment protected right to not age deprived of life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness, my 6th amendment protected right to be informed of the nature and cause of the threats, abuse or accusations brought against me later, my 8th amendment protected right to n to be subject to cruel and unusual treatment, my 9th amendment protected right to be free from his tyrannical whim denying and disparaging me as well as assaulting, threatening and terrifying me, or my 10th amendment protected right to not give him power over me because he has emotional issues. I did to attack or provoke the threat with deadly weapon nor the aggravated battery I was subjected to. I sustained massive injuries in which I had to later pay out of pocket medical expenses to the sum of $1500 because the injuries I sustained due to this incident had gotten massively infected after While sitting in the disgusting filthy holding cell for 20 hours or so I asked for medical attention multiple times and only after a couple hours of asking did I get one small packet of antibacterial Gell and 1 bandaid for each are that didn't even cover half of the injured area that I also was forced to apply myself and that was not easy being that they were on my wrists. This is all alkali after I was forcibly drugged and left handcuffed to a bed for almost a week straight while for a good part of it I was forced to sit in a pile of my own feces. It was the single most traumatic and terrifying ordeal of my life and I developed very bad PTSD and a uncontrollable fear and nervousness of all uniformed officers in which I am still to this day in a complete state of fear and panic when I see or am near an officer. I will violently shake without the ability to control it when in the near presence of a uniform now and have very clearly lasting damage to the point that I have been too afraid to file a complaint due to possible retaliation and just general inability to speak to any policy enforcement or sheriff without shaking and being completely on edge and traumatized. I have pictures of the horrible injuries sustained as well as 3 witnesses and the body cam from his body cam as evidence. I was ordered by Judge Ann Ohalleran Walsh not to divulge the body came footage and had to fight to even be allowed to get a copy to review. He has proven untrustworthy due to lying on camera and with Multiple witnesses and his inability to handle his emotions and his escalation of all circumstances and threats of physical violence and property damage to get what he wants. He also on camera is caught admitting to a previous injury on his ankle and walking perfectly fine with no limp or issue. After he seemingly realized he had no basis for what he did and was checked out by hospital staff it was determined there was no real injury to him as I did n nothing to attack or even defend myself from his attack. so I can not provide that video unless it can be gotten from the Dupage County Sheriffs office or the ADA. I can provide many pictures of the injuries I sustained as well as test to the mental scars I battle with every day from b being so horribly violated in my own home by a public servant whom is supposed to protect and defend my rights and not trample all over them himself. I will n ever be the same or feel safe in my home again and the door to my bedroom is still broken. and in n need of replacement. My septic wrist injuries needed 3 different forms of antibiotics. IV, topical and oral just so that I wasn't In a position that I might have lost my hands due to them having to amputate them.
