3. On May 30, 2023 Officer Chase Causey of the Mount Holly Police Department put the emergency lights without a emergency after stalking and following. Officer Causey stated stop was for a warrant and stated I never seen you before but I was told you had a warrant. Step out the car and I will show it to you. Officer Haley Helton was on the scene and other unknown officer from 5/11/22 Helton approached the passenger side and left and return with a instrument and used it to break the glass unlock the door. Upon being snatched out the automobile and being injured was taken to Gaston County Jail, upon arrival in garage officer Causey filled out report with information he received via text such as name, address etc in report now stating stop was for no driver license, when question about the lie Causey remained silent. After twenty minutes of creating the false report was taken inside taken to holding cell, taken to magistrate, taken back to holding cell and did not receive a phone call, food or water for twenty hours. Officer actions caused kidnapping, injury, property damage and loss of liberty. He has violated his oath, and is guilty of perjury, Fraud, identity theft, falsifying documents and violation of god given rights. Officer are held to a higher standards and must be held accountable in private capacity for damages just like everyone else. These Officers are a threat to public safety
