On April 14, 2023 Officer Devin Wright of the Mount Holly Police Department K-9 unit put the emergency lights on without a emergency, stating stop was for no left turn into a shopping center parking lot. I was parked and out of the automobile when officer approached me. Upon the detainment a United States of America Passport Card was given. Officer Wright falsified his report with information not given, and obtained by third party. such as license, address, color, social security number. Officer created controversy turning a simple matter into a court matter to create revenue this is armed extortion acting under a color of law officer is guilty of perjury and violation of his oath. Everyone has the right to remain silent and not answer questions, by doing so officer created a charge of resisting when in fact everyone has a right to privacy. Officer Wright did not have a business card and interfered with the collection of details. Wright actions have caused injury and loss of liberty. Wright in his private capacity is in fact guilty of Fraud, identity theft, falsifying documents, Hobbs act and violation of god given rights. Officer are held to a higher standards and must be held accountable in private capacity for damages just like everyone else. Officer is a threat to public safety.
