On oct 1 2021 i was at my home unarmed which I am and was at the time purchasing in order to lawfully vacate consistent with South Dakota law officers Justin Reiter along with Arron bobier and Rachel Mitchell arrived and unlawfully interfered with possession of movable property to which I was entitled to retrieve officers falsely accused me of violating a no contact order I did not have contact any contact with any body the entire event is on camera, Sioux Falls employee justin Reiter requested I stand up turn around and place my hands behind my back I peacefully declined and did not consent to be taken to jail as I had not committed any crime. Justin Reiter and Arron bobier held me down began pushing and pulling on my arm I continued to peacefully and verbally protest informing them that they could not tresspass me from my own home and that they were abusing authority Justin reiter radiod to dispatch that i was fighting I stated clearly that i was not fighting and Reiter than violently punched me In the face and bobier and Reiter both threatened to use a dangerous weapon on me three times the actions and violence of the employees caused me to fear for my own life and safety i began to defend myself against the sudden attack on my person because officers were preparing to use a dangerous weapon on me and effecting a warrant less arrest for attempting to lawfully vacate they tasted me in the head 2 separate times in violation of department and taser policy and in violation of South Dakota state law they used excessive force and violence on a peaceful home owner I was in my own home i have filed a complaint and submitted evidence in United States district court for the district of South Dakota #4:21-cv-04179 i experienced electroshocks in my head causing extreme pain and paralysis i suffered neck and spinal injuries i experienced an extreme amount of fear I was held hostage for ransom for 17 months with out a trial and i demanded a speedy trial the entire time with out a jury trial and with out the effective assistance of a lawyer
