Chief Ramon Bautista was sent certified mail evidence of police misconduct, by officers under his supervision and failed to act. Chief Ramon Bautista was then, the Chief of police in Mesa Arizona, and is now the Chief of police in Santa Monica California. The same evidence was sent to the Honorable Chief Rick Collins of the Ceres police department on 09/29/2022 ** Police officer Ernesto Calderon of the Mesa police used excessive force, which did place me in the Hospital. Before I was taken to the Hospital, I was kept in a Mesa police department holding tank and refused medical care for 5 hours, and I had requested medical assistance for 5 hours. After requesting medical assistance for 5 hours, I was taken to Banner Desert Medical Center located at 1400 S. Dobson. In 01/2023 I did sign a release of information for medical records to be released to Susan Novitski, which shows I was in the Hospital, from excessive force. Mesa police officers made physical threats after I attempted to report Illegal gun sales, from Mesa Arizona to Ceres California. This Mesa police were under the supervision of Chief Ramon Bautista. Ceres police under the supervision of Chief Rick Collins did destroy the gun, which was brought from Arizona to California, as proof of a Federal Crime. The gun was under Ceres Police case number: 00214000051 These are violations of The Law Enforcement Code of Ethics
