It didn't only occur at this address this is my address. On that date officer Bradshaw came to take a report from me with my witness being My youngest son's mother who he had a hidden affair with and I found that in her phone and I have that all recorded with pictures and screenshots. I have since confronted him back then about that issue and he won't say anything and she's not too much on it but I did catch it and she did hide his number and interactions between the 2. On August 23rd 2019 he was to come to my home to take a report of domestic vbalance my older son's mother had come to my back door and was yelling and are going in a 1/2 audio of that and she had tried to force her way and she'd push my door open and hit me knocking my head back and I told the officers Whether she meant to do it purposely or not she was angry hence the reason for doing that and knowing what I know doing anything in anger is domestic violence. The officer then called her on the phone cause they are friends as well or on a friendly basis and he never got back to me never responded to me but he did go and visit her at her work and told her to keep my child from me. At a later date and time he also told her that if she didn't stay away and the woman that he had the affair with didn't stay away one of them or both were gonna end up dead although I had never been convicted of any kind of excessive force or violence which made no sense. They would have to testify to that and that is what I have in text messages and audio recordings is truth. I also heard that he was relieved of duty in Garnett Kansas were Anderson County police department whatever it is for indecencies where the minor possibly is what the ex wife said of him. Taking any kind liberties With my at the time pregnant child's mother no matter if she was on the wrong lips on her but hes an officer of the law and that is conduct unbefitting an officer of the law, he is not trusted. After hearing what he did and the domestic violence report nothing ever happening of it and person me that was the victim never got a response again from him if he can show a phone call record or anything showing otherwise I can show it but it doesn't exist. Now he works for the judge but in June of last year he came to my property for something I didn't even know about but the allegations of breaking the law I know are not substantiated and I was still arrested over 6 months later on a warrant without any evidence proving I did anything wrong. I understand presumption but no witness no evidence of me and the fact that I work long hours in the city it didn't make any sense and what they were declaring I know are not true. I have left the Osawatomie Police d Department alone from any reports for almost four years now. Arresting me for allegations and an officer who has committed the unethical decisions Mr. Bradshaw has, I do not believe he should have stepped foot on my property because he wasn't the 1st one here but he made sure that he came here and they will twist the truth no matter wbut but this is set for trial next month. At court he is at the judge's side every time I can't get a fair shake I know that and I will have to appeal to the district court but before I pile up attorney fees when the judge denied me a legal representative because allegedly I have income to do so when I have not. I believe he is capable of breaking or falsifying anything from their evidence which doesn't show much of anything. But being given their evidence I can see where they're lying about a broken public utility device on my property when it wasn't broken from their visual pictures. It's like it's brought up I'm sure it'll be broken when council asks to test the device shown in the evidence pictures. Recap domestic violence report never followed up on never contact back but he did side with the mom even tno he said that it's possible that if she hit me or hit the door into my face out of anger accidental or no anger is domestic violence. Then the toddler to stay away or one day she's gonna possibly wind of dead at my hands is and to keep my son from me is defamation lawsuit wide open. I've let it be and with the other mother that he had a hidden relationship with while I was with before she was pregnant during and after that is also conduct not befitting an officer of the law. He also printed out some pages and gave to her that I asked him plainly to stay away she hid them but I found them when I was Christmas shopping in her trunk. Since the relationship was hidden but pulling records from her phone after asking politely and recovering deleted information there was more to it and the worst is assumed given the hiding of the conversations and interactions between them along with lying about the interactions. Not trusting anyone with the law enforcement agency saying how they do it I will give the evidence cause there's so much of it when I talked to someone face-to-face because you're gonna have to subpoena someone to a hearing actually both mothers and the officer. Then I will send all the files I have and pictures of things he sent her. The two women Jessip and Hays may require subpoena to answer honestly. Hays knows I pulled records from her phone after I was given permission and if she's made aware that you know, she will give some factual information. Otherwise she'll say nothing.
