My property and evidence was improperly destroyed. In violation of WY statute 6-3-201 (property destruction) In addition Dan Stroup lied under oath multiple times about the results of a breath test he allegedly gave me, this test never happened, and the results of the breath test at the jail administered by a different agency was very very different than what was testified to. Dan Stroup’s public Facebook page has posts about him choking people, not reading people their rights, and killing people, that is off duty conduct unbecoming of an officer.
