Lying in court stating that Aidan Kearney cell phone, which was confiscated October 2023 has not been distracted yet an employee was terminated for something discovered on Aidan Kearney cell phone immediately after phone was taken into police custody. Mello has even disclosed in a grand jury, I believe that phone was extracted yet in court hearing, lies to the judge and states it hasn't. Mr. Mello and Mr. Morrissey appear to have a personal vendetta against Aidan Kearney. Mr. Mello was hired and states publicly, that his job is to deal with Aidan Kearney specifically at Morrisseys request.
