Judge Joseph Briscoe Dane was on Brady list, judged the case wrongly, has bias, inability to perform duty correctly, sided with city police.
The citation ticket TE075863 spelled the middle name as Iting, that is not my name/ whom I am. My middle name as written on my ID card and passport is I-Ting, which signifies that the traffic ticket is not written up for me. Because there is no such person with that middle name, the traffic ticket should be dismissed; it's not my traffic ticket, I should not have to pay for the ticket.
That misspelled driver's name, which has the wrong information, should be dismissed. It is inaccurate and incorrect and the mistake supports the claims that the police officer is not able to do his job correctly, because the error creates reasonable doubt, and questions the legitimacy of the citation, and therefore should lead to dismissal of the ticket and return my check.
I went to work on the day when the traffic ticket was cited. I drove my car safely and followed all of traffic rules. The police officer that cited the traffic ticket was incorrect and made mistake. I did stop my car in front of line at red light. I did yield to a pedestrian to walk across the street, for which my traffic light was red at the time. I waited for the pedestrian to cross over, for the red light to turn to green light, and drove my car by the crossroad intersection at green light.
The police showed up from far behind my car to pull me over after the crossroad intersection. There is absolutely no way that he could see if I crossed the line at red light or not. If he drove on the opposite of road, he could see if that; or if he drove in front of my car, he could look back towards my direction to see if that. But when he drove way at back of my car, he could not see things happened correctly, when I have not crossed the line at red light and the pedestrian crossed the intersection street in front of my car. The fact is I did stop my car in front of line at red light, the pedestrian did cross street safely in front of my car at the crossroad intersection, and the police made mistake and was incorrect to cite the ticket.
Please follow the logic, as the police stated on the citation ticket, IF I have not yielded to the pedestrian, that would IMPLY that I did not stop my car in front of the pedestrian, and IF I have not stopped my car, there would have been a car accident, and the pedestrian would have been ran over by the car. But that was not what happened as the ticket cited; there was no car accident with my car hitting the pedestrian, which INFERS that I did yield to the pedestrian and or the pedestrian did cross the street safely. The police is incorrect and wrote up the citation by mistake, and therefore the ticket should not have been written up and should be cancelled for my account.
The police cited "did not yield to pedestrian" on the ticket, which is a false statement, as that was not what happened, there was no car accident, my car did not hit the pedestrian, and the pedestrian was yielded and crossed safely. Because it's incorrect citation and the ticket was written up by mistake, please help cancel the traffic ticket for my account.
I should not have signed the citation ticket, but the police used the police position to threaten me, made me feel scared, to sign on his machine. And also the police cited the traffic ticket for his quotas, which is illegal practice, in the State of California. Please cancel my ticket citation, when the police was incorrect and made mistake, and I have drove my car safely and followed the traffic laws when driving to work on the day.
