Denied my due process by not granting me a chance to participate in a hearing that directly effects my life, liberty, constitutional rights and freedom.
I was served for the hearing on August 8th, 2025.
I filed a motion to appear by Zoom meeting on August 9th, 2025.
The hearing was held on August 14th, 2025.
My motion to appear by Zoom was never ruled upon.
They held the hearing without me.
Then proceeded to rubber stamp denied on every single motion I tried to file afterwards, even when I pointed out that I filed a timely motion to appear by Zoom due to this court hearing being held at 830AM and I live 2.5 hours away, and do not have a driver's license or transportation.
Now the same person is pressing stalking charges on me and tried to press a violation of injunction on me, as well as 4 or 5 other serious charges, while using this Injunction as their golden ticket. This Injunction being granted, even though the person who filed it failed to fill out the required portion of their petition regarding related pending cases, and even though this person committed perjury at least 15 times in their petition, and a few more times under oath verbally in person, the judge still granted their injunction against me at the hearing that was held without me despite me finding out about it less than a week before, still eFiling a motion to try to participate a day later, and just being ignored. I also called the clerk and went on record as attempting to request accomodations before being told that it must be done via motion.
The hearing was 2 minutes, 18 seconds long.
My accusor showed up because she lives 10 minutes away from the courthouse.
I was unable to make it, because they did not grant me reasonable accommodations to be heard.
Now my rights have been stripped, and I can't even investigate the person now, as they are pressing charges on me that have me facing a year in jail, thousands in fines, and potentially worse. This judge's incompetence has assisted a perjurer in ruining my life with punitive, retaliatory legal attacks on my well-being, freedom, liberty, and wallet. He has assisted an evil person in using the law as a weapon to further hurt someone that she has already done untold damage to even before this. Attached is the docket for proof.
