Stephen Johnson's post conviction has been on Judge Coughlin docket his 2020. He has allowed the state to drag this out in court with prolonged continuances. He has even allowed her to bring up evidence in court than was never used or even introduced at Stephen's trial. Stephen is in post conviction and he has not had any movement. Judge Coughlin is allowing Linda Walls to do whatever she wants. He even allowed her to not be prepared for a date that she agreed on and set another court date. He has even allowed Linda Walls to cancel his writ to appear in court in person. Both Judge Coughlin and Linda Walls are violating Stephen's constitutional rights.
