On several different occasions now this Detective has contacted me and barated and belittled me even as a victim of so many heinous crimes Against me by my ex-husband and my spouses and he has spoke to me as if I was nothing and I did something wrong. He has stated that many accounts that the things that my ex-husband has done to me he did not deal because there’s no way that technology would allow him to do that even though there is so much research about people hacking phones mirroring them stealing financial information from phones my emails and phones have been hacked my ex-husband‘s family and my first ex-husband‘s family have called him. False police reports called in to CPS. Multiple times have made various statements about how they are speaking together and this officer has refused to listen to any of it. I have witnesses who have been sitting right next to me while they have received messages from my ex-husband or whoever he has working on his behalf, talking about how they’re going to harm me this officer has accused me of sending text messages to friends of mine From random phone numbers I have no association with has called my friend of 40 years and told her he has access to my accounts and that he is tapping my phone has offered her $1000 to give up her phone records has told her that I am involved in prostitution, and that I am involved in drug smuggling and told her that I have a history of abusing men which I don’t, and I’ve been held under duress by my ex-husband on more than one occasion, beaten and raped by him and he has now gotten away with it twice because this officer seems to think that it’s OK to allow this type of behavior to continue this officer has told me that I better have my records to him that I have no way to access when I’ve gone into the store to try to get access, called the company to try to get access and I’ve been locked out because someone has changed my pin number, even While showing my ID I haven’t been allowed access because I don’t know the pin number. This officer has told my friend on more than one time that he knows my location where we hang out. What I am doing he has told me different dates around March stating I made a bunch of text messages to my friend and was calling her and I hadn’t spoken to her since March 1 and I didn’t speak to her again until the end of the month after I moved into my new home. He threatened my friend and said if I find out that this was done at your home, you’re in trouble just like your friend. This officer had another officer who was originally on the case, contact me off of his personal phone and this officer stated to me how good I was looking in court, when I never even saw him at court. And was telling me he wanted to tell me some stuff off the record about this Detective, and that he was going to stop by around six or seven and that I should have noticed all the times that he’s driven by my house because he’s always checking on me because the other officer wanted him to and that he seen me where I’m driving to as well. I feel like once again, my personal security and safety has been invaded. This officer after he delivered the restraining order that was filed falsely in the city of Stockton by my ex-husband‘s family ice saw him digging through my trash and I’m not sure. what he was looking for, but he’s made it very clear to the two friends. I have left that I did something wrong. When the only thing I’ve been trying to do is get my children home that were taken, because I was a victim of domestic violence, and I have been for years. The city of Stockton did nothing to help me. There’s a officer told my friend that he’s still investigating that he has gone to my work and questioned everybody and I’ve been on leave for a very long time and this officer still seems to think that it’s OK. To harass and threaten my friends to try to get them to say that I’m doing something wrong even when I’m not I’m very scared for my life. I’m very scared for my safety as my identity has already been stolen. My ex-husband have committed multiple acts of fraud by pretending to be me and I’m very scared of what else they have done that this officer has already allowed them to do and clearly he is using his power to do whatever he chooses a day when I was in Sacramento, I was accosted verbally by a man who I’ve never met or seen before, and I got his license plate number. I called CHOP to report it because there was nothing they could do this officer. I called him and gave him the license plate number and I know that you need a warrant to run somebody’s license plate and check where they are. There’s officer ran the license plate, gave me the address where this person lives told me every intersection that they go through and asked me if they know my ex-husband and I’m not sure who knows my ex-husband but I felt as if this man knew him because he said it’s a bitches like you that get people 30 years to life so of course I was scared, and this officer has continuously called my friend weekly even on his days off. To make statements to her that he will offer her a bonus, and he knows that she knows what that binus means which is 1000 dollars He told her yesterday that he will call her in a week and ask her some more questions and she’s scared as well, so am I because we all know that once you say something bad about a police officer that the entire department can harm you and they will harm you and everybody that works with them will harm you as well. The other officer called me on the phone to have a very private intimate conversation. I am pretty much told me the other officer was trying to hurt me in any way he could, and I am scared for my life and safety because the police do what they want How do you stop an officer frim using his power like that? Any time that we have tried to show him proof that these things are possible and that I have no access to anything in my friends and then harassed, and that I’ve been harassed, he doesn’t listen he doesn’t care
