On 7-20-2018 at the exact time of call of 7:45 at the chattooga county jail inmate recorded phone the person who planted evidence to cause a false arrest and conviction, confessed to planting evidence in my yard to correct rumors on the street that her daughter and son n law were who set me up. This call was requested to b preserved, investigated and requested a copy of exculpatory evidence through freedom of information act. The exculpatory confession was withheld and failed to disclose. On 11-19-2018 the sheriff deprived me of protected united states constitutional right to exculpatory material evidence that would immediately grant release and exoneration. Furthermore, the sheriff allowed the destruction of exculpatory material and sought out the lesser inferior value evidence to repel a claim and charges against the sheriff that would prove his intentional withholding and seeking out lesser valued, he has fabricated evidence to hide other evidence. This is well founded pursuant to ga code. I was arrested in retaliation against me stating in open records response that I was now seeking an indictment by faxing my evidence to the AUSA Brent Gray and Ga Attorney Chris Carr. Doing so on 11-15-2021. Upon entering the sheriffs dept the next day to register business trade name to get notary stamp was arrested on probation violation warrant that was signed off by judge then back dated once recieved from judge..I have proof of back dating in other documents. The Sheriff failed to investigate a serious crime in order to prevent me from filing claims and to prevent the discrediting of his informant and prevent me from pressing charges against him the sheriff who had control of the evidence to be able to tamper with and destroy...I am preparing my lawsuit and habeas corpus in chattooga county where this case is required to be reversed. The sheriff was identified at the informants house when he knocked on the door asking for Brigitte barnes on 10-14-2021 2 days after I submitted 16 open records request. For the sheriffs vehicle of travel gps tracker will prove this. For he was not driving..the sheriff said that his play button would not allow him to play it...due he allowed it to pass the retention schedule.. I have in my possession the call given to me as preserved but it's the call from previous day.. this call has a call length of 5.06 whereas the call of confession has a duration of 4min 45 sec. , The call of 5.06 is not found of jail call details pages of 10 days but the 7:45 call is on the jail open record of call details. Proof 100% with the open record of call details on securus technologies call details of calls made on 7-19-2018.. this record with my others will support an uncontested 100% conviction of sheriff mark schrader.. violated my constitutional right to equal protection of the law protected by the 14th amendment..HELP!
