Ms. Clark was found to be in violation of Brady v. Maryland by Superior Court Judge Blair (CR-21-xxxx) It was confirmed by the Arizona Court of Appeals (CA-CR-23-0215).
Ms. Clark withheld Exculpatory Evidence critical to my defense and she hid it.
