On Duty

Misconduct or offenses committed while the agent is formally performing the functions of their office or official assignment — i.e. when they are working in their capacity as a government agent: on shift, carrying out investigations, arrests, supervision, court appearances etc. The behavior occurs under their lawful authority. Such incidents are immediately relevant to credibility, truthfulness, bias, abuse of authority, etc.
