Statement
On January 14, 2026, I was subjected to a False Arrest, under False Pretenses by Austin Boniface, Badge 11163, employed with the Orange County Sheriff's Office under John W. Mina, located in Downtown Orlando, Florida. Due to his falsified "ICJIS Arrest Affidavit" (as a sworn statement, notarized), Austin Boniface practiced Color-of-Law and Color-of-Office against myself for me simply walking on a public sidewalk near International Drive at approximately 1 :16 am (EST).
I was forced to the ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT JAIL under a Legal Fiction misnomer created by Austin Boniface, called BEY, DHAHI, after he witnessed my two (2) lawful national identification cards showing: Ilhahi Ankaa Bey. In addition, I suffered an unlawful detain, along with an unlawful / unreasonable search and seizure, in a conspiracy with three (3) of his co-workers who have yet to be fully identified.
I was falsely accused of "J-Walking" by an alleged "Failure to obey a pedestrian control signal", used as "probable cause", used by Austin Boniface and his co-workers during the blatantly harassment. I was handcuffed and never afforded my United States Constitution rights under the circumstances. My rights were arbitrarily taken from me and I was force subjected to fraud.
I suffered an Unlawful Detention at ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT JAIL from January 14, 2026 to May 28, 2026 in a collective conspiracy conducted by Stephen Richard Jewett, State Bar number 726850, Eric Howard Dubois, State Bar number 797081, and agents with the Law Offices of Melissa Vickers; all in collusion with violating 28 U.S.C., Section 2254. I was held hostage due to the willful negligence of All involved parties / persons, including Jail employees, staff, and administrators. I was continually harassed and subjected to cruel and unusual punishments at the Jail.
Consequently, the involved Magistrates refused to release me and used the Jail employees, staff, and administrators to label myself as having "Mental Health" issues, while having deprived me of life, liberty, and my peaceful pursuit of happiness under the horrible conditions pitted against myself. Furthermore, Stephen Richard Jewett ignored and denied my handwritten Writ of habeas corpus by willful negligence, as I desperately fought for my freedom while held hostage at the Jail. I spent months communicating electronically via a Jail Tablet, as well as my several handwritten documents (including Affidavits).
The De Facto tribunal utilized by Stephen Richard Jewett and Eric Howard Dubois cost me much time taken from me, resulting in my loss of work, my place to stay, my laptop (from my personal property stolen by Austin Boniface on January 14, 2026)., and the closure of my private Post Office Box at Herndon Station - United States Postal Service, located in Orlando, Florida.
The results of the abuse of judicial processes, by judicial misconduct, has left me emotionally scarred and losing faith in any Police employees. To date, I have been struggling to rebuild myself and my life. And, I was even charged by alleged "Civil Judgments" placed against myself by financial extortion, for the benefit of the involved conspirators and perpetrators in the matter.
The overall objective of All involved parties, has been to place a leash around my neck and treat my like an animal, simply for my being an American native and Moor American national.
