Judge Vincent Deas was asked to hold off by attorney Jamie York my attorney on a TPR notice that was not served properly to the child's mother they were delivered to two wrong addresses but the mother was and still is paying child support there was nothing suponead to her job but the Tpr stated that she was.The Tpr also stated neglect of the child but there's evidence by child support payments and text message,pictures.In the Tpr it also stated that the mother had cocaine in her system which is not true she was given a false drug screening prior years by hair follicles then went to mental health for a urine test this turned out not to be True.In the Tpr it also stated that the mother had attempted suicide in front of her child but no evidence of hospital records .In the Tpr it also stated that she didn't attend holidays or help with the child schooling when the gal Heather hill had taken away her visit rights but I have record that this proves not to be true.Judge Vincent decided to go along with a fabricated Tpr notice order
