The start of the custody issue was unethical. I am a therapist of domestic violence, and the judge gave temporary custody to an abuser. I was unable to attend a hearing which should have been rescheduled. The case was not and I was in the hospital. The court gave temporary custody to my ex while my son was age 12. He is now almost 20 and I have not seen him since 2019. The case should be reviewed. I now have a multitude of information on the issue of Domestic Abuse. My ex was a military man and so was the judge. I was discriminated against on my mental health with doctors' notes stating I was fit as a parent. I have never been a drug user and have served my community for many years as a therapist. I would like this case to be reviewed even though it has been closed. I have suffered immense emotional suffering from the loss of my son which should have never happened. My ex was in contempt more than 1x and nothing was ever done about it.
