Judge Bahr
Showed Bias to the prosecution. She gave conditions of my release based on hearsay and not facts. As at the time of the incident that led me into that courtroom, there was no proof of me consuming alcohol, no field sobriety tests, and no breath alcohol content tests. She refused to hear any of my arguments against about the court issued conditions she handed down to me. She also refused to let me plea "I waive the court". She entered a plea for me against my wishes.
