Statement
On May 28, 2026, I was forced to attend an arbitrary tribunal session conducted by Eric Howard Dubois. Apparently, from a past False Arrest, under False Pretenses, conducted by James Baker with the City of Orlando Police Department, I was blatantly misidentified under a created Legal Fiction misnomer identified as: MASTERS, LUCAS. There were two (2) cases fraudulently administered against myself by Deprivation of rights and Conspiracy against rights (18 U.S.C., Sections 242 and 241).
The two (2) erroneous case numbers are as follows:

During the tribunal arbitration, I was forced to take a "No Contest" please by fraudulently appointed "Legal Representation" from a female agent working for the Law Offices of Melissa Vickers (Ninth Judicial Circuit), located in Downtown Orlando, Florida. The collusion was administered by Eric H. Dubois, to force me to state on their record that I am a United States Citizen, even though I am an American native - Moor (Al Moroccan) American national. If I did not, then Eric H Dubois would not have released myself from the jail.
There has been an ongoing, fraudulent WANT OF JURISDICTION over Moors near the Florida territory. The COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF FLORIDA tribunals have been desperate to harass myself for my having put the STATE OF FLORIDA Administration on Public Notice back as early as 2021, surrounding my lawful status and national origin.
Consequently, a political scandal, conducted by willing participants under the COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF FLORIDA Bar Administration, have spent years targeting myself through their Dometic Police Forces, which led to my several False Arrests, under False Pretenses over the years. Evidently, Eric H. Dubois has recently administered ongoing fraud against myself under a false record Legal Fiction misnomer created by James Baker with the City of Orlando Police Department and sustained by FCIC / NCIC, linked directly to the ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT JAIL Administrators, with Louis A Quiñones Jr as the head administrator.
Overall, during the tribunal session conducted by Eric Howard Dubois on May 28, 2026, if I stated my correct status and my true identity on the public record, and rightfully challenged the jurisdiction, Eric H Dubois threatened me with an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) deportation effort and a longer Unlawful Detention at the ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT Jail. I spent over four (4) months at the Jail and fraudulently subjected to cruel and unusual punishments by Jail employees, staff, and administrators, who conspired against myself by slander and defamation of character, using a "Sovereign Citizen" brand label against myself (which I never was, nor would I ever be for the permanent record).
The entire matter has injured me in many ways and the City of Orlando Council persons have been behind it, along with the COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF FLORIDA Agent Administrators. I simply seek permanent remedy by having the MASTERS, LUCAS Legal Fiction misnomer detached from me, along with my stolen fingerprints detached from All of the misnomer aliases (with various spellings by intentional deception) created by ORANGE COUNTY CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT JAIL staff and administrators.
