Deputy Yee Lee provided false information to a magistrate judge to get an arrest warrant of a falsely accused cancer patient fresh out of surgery. He failed to mention mother was fresh out of surgery with her oldest daughter as caretaker and used the word of a 17 year old who wanted to run away! Mother and 37 year old daughter and caretaker told officer there was no type of dv battery in home and mom was still unable to walk wo assistance let alone kick and hit a teen trained in self defense. Case dead docketed by Todd Hayes office due to lack of probable cause and inefficient evidence - in order to avoid civil rights violations! Deputies present during a militarized arrest of a tiny mother trying to recuperate from surgery - and investigated themselves to find "no wrongdoing!" Solicitor and Judge Dee Morris laughted at mom in court when her defense attorney objected to dead docket!
