Statement
I spoke to Electra on the phone when she left a card for me to call her regarding my granddaughter after answering her questions she abruptly hung up stating she will call me back.
Then at the court hearing The basked for the info she filed or the discovery. She said she can’t give it to me but can give to my daughter. But walked inside a building without providing any information. We don’t know what’s going on. After the hearing I asked if that attorney mumbled something about we already know about the grandmother. “Was he talking about me” what did he mean..Electra said because I told you we were looking for Kate. ..No she never told me anyone was looking for Kate. She asked if I know where Kate is. Along with many questions. I did not. And the question was not in that context or any tone of worried. Then Electra said and they condition we found Kate. Which was with me after her dad told me she was at daycare. I picked her up and took her to her house. But Electra said I was hiding Kate in the bathroom, which #1 if I was hiding Kate I would not take her to her house. #2 I had no idea anyone was looking for Kate.
#3 the cops walked into the house without my knowledge as I was useing the restroom upstairs and Kate was right outside the door.
She filed false statements about me and denied Kate from placement t with me. Even though I was a de facto parent. Kate was place with complete strangers as her other grandmother never accepted she was her son’s child. I sent pictures on two occasions on belt marks on the 2 year old Kate’s bottom but that did not have any effect on her being placed with people who do t care about her. I asked the judge for visits with Kate and worker Bonnie Johnson said oh I can visit but never scheduled any visits for me and Kate. Until one day she called me asking if I will visit Kate as she has been crying uncontrollable for me. I said of course I have been asking all the time. That was the only visit I ever got. Even thou the judge told Bonnie to take care of it. This was very unfair to Kate and her family. Based on lies from the other grandparent which Bonnie believed everything they said. Plus the lies from Electra which I assume they had to say something bad about me to justify taking Kate without any investigation. Plus already in my care where she was not in any danger. CPS told me Kate’s father was in custody and her mom was staying with a friend to avoid the father which we did not know was is custody. If Electra would have told the truth. This baby would not have been taken & placed with people who hate her mother and take it out on this child. But they are receiving money and huge tax credits. It’s more than sad it’s unbelievably abusive and devastating to the child the mother, sister, me and the whole family.
In the USA people break into your home and take your babies and make up lies to keep them. Holding children hostage until you agree with whatever they want. Jump thru hoops and do all this BS. Why take parenting classes if they arent going to let you have your children.
