During the meeting the governing body voted 6-0 to send complaints about the agency’s director [Aungela Spurlock] to Attorney General Gentner Drummond’s office for a formal inquiry related to complaints [three] made against her by the wife of former Special Agent Joseph Kimmons, alleging Spurlock had abused her power.
The Attorney General found no evidence of criminal activity by Spurlock.
