On August 18, 2018 FOX25 News Reported:
OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A former volunteer officer was arrested after more than 150 pounds of marijuana products were discovered in his vehicle, court records allege.
A probable cause affidavit shows that just before 8:30 a.m. July 27 an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper observed a pickup truck roll through a stop before turning at a red light at SW 44 and Council Road.
The trooper made stopped the vehicle driven by 33-year-old Terry Don Browne. Browne told the trooper he was lost and trying to get to Warr Acres for SWAT training. The trooper noted that Browne seemed very nervous and was breathing heavily.
Browne showed identification to the trooper showing that his CLEET card and an ID card from the Cleveland, Okla. police department, which stated he was a reserve police officer. Browne reportedly denied a request by the trooper to search his vehicle.
A K-9 from the Canadian County Sheriff's Office was then called and alerted to an object within the vehicle. An ensuing search led troopers to "two suit cases containing one pound vacuum sealed bags of a green leafy substance, two cardboard boxes that contained multiple one-pound vacuum sealed bags of a green leafy substance and one red cooler that contained two vacuum sealed bags with gummy edibles." The items were found in the bed of the truck.
The marijuana weighed-in at approximately 150 pounds. The gummy edibles weighed nine pounds. Browne was taken into custody on a complaint of trafficking marijuana of 25 pounds or more.
Cleveland Police Department Chief Clint Stout confirmed that Browne is a former volunteer reserve office and volunteered for nearly a year at the department, but no longer works there.
Browne's CLEET Licensing was REVOKED on March 14, 2023.
It is now known that potential impeachment evidence exists that could affect the following PAWNEE COUNTY County Court Cases*:

We will not stand by as our brothers and sisters are brutalized, criminalized, and silenced.
We reject a world where the powerful profit from our poverty and our lives are treated as expendable. We will not wait for justice to be handed down from above.
We will organize, resist, and take it for ourselves.
WE ARE NO LONGER ASKING...
