On or about July 7, 2009, while NOT a certified peace officer, David Dewitt, while acting under the alias Chris Black, along with other members of "The Bounty Boys" [Lawrence Earl Sanders (aka: Les Sanders and Les Riggs) and Richard Divelbiss (of Sooner Bailbonds] violated the rights of Chad Istook when they forcibly entered his home without a warrant and then offered the video footage to KFOR [d/b/a KWTV-TV] with the intent of humiliating Istook and gaining a reality TV series [for "The Bounty Bpys"].

A civil suit was filed in Cleveland County District Court CJ-2011-1053 and Defendant Dewitt later settled with the Plaintiff out of court.
