Jenks Police Officer, Robert Golliday, along with his co-workers, Mark ZumwaltKevin Nunnelee, and Cameron Arthur, were listed as defendants in a civil rights suit, where it was alleged that the three officers, under the supervision of their Chief Cameron Arthur [current Ardmore Police Chief], deprived an individual of his constitutional rights by fabricating probable cause for an unlawful arrest, malicious prosecution, abuse of process, excessive force, and other violations.
