According to Department Records, Brylun Anderson participated in a Use of Force at the Valero at Exit 40, The subject was reportedly armed with a knife.  Anderson displayed a "40 mm less lethal" loaded with a bean bag round.  Upon seeing the weapon, it is reported that the subject continued to be non-compliant, but upon another deputy's arrival, the subject was then put in wrist restraints "without incident", however, Deputy Anderson called for medics for the subject who was then transported by medics to the emergency room "for further evaluation".
