68 year old, Nancy Kemp was pulled over for driving with her high beams on.  The stop resulted in excessive for by OHP Officer Preston Cox.  He admits in an interview to grabbing the back of Kemp's neck, kneeing her in the face 4 times, and elbowing her in the face.  The face is considered a "red zone" in proper use of force training, meaning that the face is "off limits".  

Kemp's family told media of extensive injuries she endured, including but not limited to, ribs 2-8 being broken, a broken nose, and bruising all over Kemp's body.
