Larry crossland was not the arresting officer to Matthew Tharp it was officer Tharp which now is the officer and arkoma Oklahoma Larry crossland waited 6 months to file the charges on Matthew there was nobody on camera on there was no chest camera on there was no nothing on the only thing that was in the room was start Larry Wayne and Matt Larry Wayne was there after the fact I had walked in after the back what's my name is destiny Northern AKA destiny Tharp as of July 3rd he also would not give Matt his social security card back that was found in the bag till after he turned 18 Larry crossland is my mother's brother and he stated to myself he would find some way to pick Matthew tharp up for good. Even now since he is 18 Matthew is being charged for breaking into a storage building which is false the people who had done it already got busted and is in jail my husband does not even know the person who broke I told the storage and the charges Matt has are false just bc Larry thinks he can non of this makes since and I believe the problem in this town is Larry crossland

Oklahoma Open Records Act

Title 51 Oklahoma Statutes § 24A.1 et seq.

The Oklahoma Open Records Act is a series of laws designed to guarantee that public has access to all public records of governmental bodies. Section 24A.2 defines records as "all documents, including, but not limited to, any book, paper, photograph, microfilm, data files created by or used with computer software, computer tape, disk, and record, sound recording, film recording, video record or other material regardless of physical form or characteristic, created by, received by, under the authority of, or coming into the custody, control or possession of public officials, public bodies, or their representatives in connection with the transaction of public business, the expenditure of public funds or the administering of public property." This specifically includes all records of the transfer of public funds.

According to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, anyone may request public records and no statement of purpose is required. However, if the purpose is commercial, fees will be charged for document collection. There is no restriction on the use of records and the law does not specify a time limit for responses to requests.
