In Aug if last year officer yingling pulled up on me as I was already parked with my engine off and made contact. He asked for and received all documents and went to his car. Then in 2 siskiyou county sheriffs and a black personal vehicle showed up yingling returned asked me to step out and detained me for reasons he said "we'll get to that later (later happened to be hours later). The sheriffs deputies then proceeded to search my vehicle without permission. Removing 1 or 2 modems that I never received a receipt for. I was then taken to the police station and put in a holding cell for about an hour before being pulled b out read my rights and served a search warrant for my person and car which they already searched hours before obtaining the warrant not to mention the vehicle described in the scope of the warrant was incorrect, the vin number listed was incorrect, and license plate number was incorrect. He requested my pass code to open my phone received it and put me back in holding for about an hour more. Then they come get me and take me to county jail. I sit in jail for 3 days before posting bail which I was told was $5000 but when I went to bail 2 hours later had moved to $35,000. I posted got my court date went to court and was told no charges were filed charges dismissed and I never got my $3500 for bail back.
