At 19:00 police arrived at Crate and Barrel for a call that was placed by Crate and Barrel employee. Kyle Franklin was the first K9 officer on the scene. Officer Kyle Franklin had his K9 in one hand and instructed my unarmed 16 year old daughter, Amie Chan and her friends to sit. They all complied. (1st video) While the four teenagers sat on the couch, Officer Kyle Franklin is seen grabbing Jazmine from behind with two hands, consequently letting go of the K9. Jazmine is seen throwing Jazmine back and forth finally getting handcuffed by another officer on scene while Officer Kyle Franklin took the K9 off of Jazmine’s calf. Officer Kyle Franklin is then shown drawing his gun from the holster and pointing it at Amie and the other three teenagers. (2nd video) Officer Kyle Franklin again instructs my daughter and two of her friends to sit which they comply. As Officer Kyle Franklin talks to the three teenagers, he is shown waving the gun around. My daughter, Amie Chan has mental health issues and this incident has sent her into a deep depressive state. She is currently getting treatment with a therapist and psychiatrist. This incident has triggered months of progress. **videos available)
