I called 911 after being assaulted by multiple individuals - I stated on the 911 call that I had been attacked and required assistance. I had many injuries to match my statement and I have since viewed many hours of body cam footage which validates that I consistently messaged that I had been assaulted. At the time of the event there was also another person who called 911 - she had witnessed me being shoved out of the Hide Away Bar already beaten up with multiple injuries to my head and face. She reported this both on the 911 call and she shared this information with Officer Johnson. Nonetheless Officer Johnson chose to disregard my claims and my request for help and instead take the opposing statements from individuals in the bar that stated I had initiated an assault on the female bartender and had simply been removed without being harmed and then that I fell on my own accord and sustained all of my said injuries. I have since learned that the alleged primary "witness" is the man who beat me up - although it sounds like there were more than one individual who were assaulting me repeatedly as they dragged me across the floor of the bar splitting my head and face in multiple places. I learned from one of the regulars - he had now been served a subpoena to testify on my behalf - that I walked into the bar, vomited immediately and then was assaulted by the primary assailant -the man I've already spoken about who is a retired jail guard and allegedly spends much of his time in that bar and is on very friendly terms with many officers within the local Petaluma PD. The alleged "victim" - the bartender who they say I assaulted had no injuries, there was no video surveillance preserved by Officer Johnson, nor did anyone else call the police. Yet I was arrested. It was obvious that I had been brutally attacked. I had no criminal record, no history of any altercation with the law or ever having been aggressive ever in my life. I am a law abiding citizen - and RN for over twenty years. I learned later that I was roofied many hours earlier while grabbing one pint of beer before a late lunch. I believe I was sexually assaulted and then returned to the street where I vomited before being brutally attacked by the man who has now been identified. Nobody else had any injuries; nobody else called the police. I was framed as the assailant only because I called 911 for help. I have had catastrophic repercussions from this arrest. I am still tied up in the criminal legal system due to these false charges. The city has closed the pub down - the original place where I was drugged without knowledge or consent - due to a long standing pattern of "unsafe" and potentially criminal activity. The alleged "victim" is seen on bodycam footage worn by officer Johnson when he was questioning her - it is very apparent that he is "leading" her to seek medical attention. She claims that I scratched her earlobe when I aggressively wrangled her to the floor after vomiting. Yet she finished her shift and only sought medical evaluation after he encouraged her to do so. There is also another bodycam video that shows the two of them engaged in what appears to be a very casual and friendly conversation; the audio is turned off for the entire video. Officer Johnson did not preserve video surveillance even though it was technically a "crime scene" as I was arrested. When my attorney's PI inquired after the video surveillance just days later, the bar had already "erased" said footage. The other bar where I know I was drugged - and furthermore that the proprietor was the perpetrator - I have information about this that I am happy to also share - also had "erased" said footage. I believe that Officer Johnson was completely biased and failed to follow any investigative protocol or process in his decision to arrest me. I need to understand how he arrived at his decision to arrest me, frame me as the assailant and blow up my entire life. I have filed a grievance with the Petaluma PD but he is no longer employed there. I am also working with the media and I plan to pursue legal process for all the damages I have incurred. I lost my business; my RN license - after being an RN my entire career with an impeccable record. Officer Johnson portrayed me to the trauma informed hospital as an aggressive and inebriated individual; that is how I was treated and as a result I was completely neglected. The hospital did not rule out rape, they did not even check a drug toxicology test. As a result I was deprived of my ability to validate what I realized to be true days after the event - I was drugged without knowledge or consent with the intent to sexually traffic. I now believe I was taken by a man and sexually assaulted and then returned to the street hours later where I presented and vomited before being brutally attacked and then when I called the police I was arrested. This arrest and Officer Johnson's total lack of process and apparent bias and potential misconduct is responsible for destroying my life as I knew it and stripping me of my RN license, my business and my income. I need answers please. The following photo is my booking photo - you can clearly see the level of brutality that I had suffered and that was apparent and matched my consistent statement of having been attacked. Also, Officer Johnson and no other officer took any photos of my injuries. I had three separate laceration repairs at the hospital as well as a CT scan to rule out head injury. You can find all of the evidence including the two witnesses that have been subpoenad under public records in The People vs. Romy Limenes. The Sonoma County DA refuses to drop this case against me despite all the overwhelming information that supports that I was the obvious victim. Included will be the names of the witnesses; the medical reports from my hospitalization; and additional photos of my injuries - photos that I took of my injuries because neither the PD or the hospital bothered to document said injuries. I am horrified at this total lack of due diligence and possible corruption.
