It was an illegal traffic stop he said my brake light was out which wasn’t true and assaulted me because he smelled marijuana he was trying to tackle me in my yard and I wouldn’t let him take me to the ground I kept asking him what crime did I commit he called for backup and they put me in a chokehold and locked me up now I know my rights and I know law and policy is not law I have scares from the handcuffs and from when they threw me down
