Statement

While the safety concerns during the execution of a TPO service are understandable, it is essential to uphold the rights of individuals and ensure that actions taken by law enforcement are within the boundaries of the law. In this case, the absence of a firearm restriction on the TPO service copy delivered by Deputy Guido raises questions about the basis for attempting to locate firearms. Without a clear directive from the court ordering the securing of firearms, the actions taken by Cpl. Blackerby to search for and potentially restrict access to firearms could be seen as an overreach of authority and violation of my rights. Moreover, the court's omission of the gun clause suggests doubt regarding the necessity of searching for firearms in this particular case. It is crucial to balance safety concerns with respect for individual rights and legal procedures, ensuring that law enforcement actions are justified and in compliance with the law. Me not objecting to the violations during them occuring does not mean I gave you implied consent for a search. At very most I believe you have cause for a protective sweep which was never performed.
