At around 3 am I was driving to work in Tulsa. I watched as officer Burnes placed a sticker on a road sign at the cross roads of Caddo and Broadway in Cleveland Oklahoma. HE was in uniform, in a patrol vehicle, and had a civilian (female) in the vehicle at the time. He is the normal guy on duty at night as I see him quite often with my early schedule. I find it concerning that not only was he in uniform but the political sticker was slandering a sheriff candidate that Burnes has openly been against and it was not a nice sticker at all. the problem have with the hole issue is that not only was an officer on duty while dealing political stickers but they were vandalizing their own city they were sworn to protect and serve. Also if they are going to get some badge bunny tail they should do it discreetly and not drag them all around town multiple nights a week. IF they are on the public dime they should be working not trying to impress their date for the night with vandalism do that in your off time.
