These Officers [more involved] were investigating an overdose, due to me being the last point of contact [which is not a crime] according to them without checking if the messages had been tampered with, they set up an "undercover investigation" without a warrant violating my right to privacy. They collected the cell phone of the decedent as evidence which should have gone directly into an evidence locker or evidence bag not to be used after the fact, but then continued to tamper with evidence by continuing to use it to communicate with me further tampering with evidence. They entrapped me because I did not want to travel into their county due to the fact that I feel they are they are one of the most corrupt counties in Florida. They lied in their police report, they said they performed a "traffic stop" due to having run my information and that my license was cancelled. They were not aware that I had rescinded all contracts with the STATE OF FLORIDA, which includes Driver's Licenses as we the People have the right to travel freely without licenses unless we are engaged in commerce at the time or unless we are using the roads for business or gain, there was nothing on the automobile [no tag or vin number] that would have given them my information meaning that they specifically had to search my information, again violating my right to privacy. There was no reasonable articulable suspicion for the stop provided, as there had been no traffic violation committed in a private parking lot where they do not have jurisdiction. They even use the word presumed and assumed in the report, those words invalidate an affidavit as they are personal beliefs and not facts. There was no probable cause. They did not perform a traffic stop they performed gang related activity, by boxing me in/ closing me in with multiple cars, held me at gun point by approximately 10-15 "officers" they ripped my car after ripping the door open [violating my 4th amendment right] and pulled me out of the car, this is not a traffic stop this is more akin to a carjacking at gun point. They then told me no reason for the stop simply that I was detained for the moment, but they placed me in hand cuffs and put me in the back of a cop cruiser/suv. This is an arrest not a detainment and it is also kidnapping since no crime had been committed within their vicinity. I immediately told them I did not consent to no any searches or seizures, their responsibility at that point would have been to contact the owner of the automobile and obtain consent or obtain a warrant for search. The supreme court has ruled that you cannot extend traffic stop to have drug dogs brought to the stop as this improperly extends the time of the stop and there is a Florida case that has proven that 80 percent of drug signals are wrong, as these are animals and are praised for signaling, as animals they aim to please the owner, this is how they are wired which is why they signal when there are no drugs involved. The dog is simply wanting to satisfy and receive praise. The detectives and officers also did not take me straight to a magistrate again violating my rights, they took me to some undisclosed location at the time which I was at fear for my life. They interrogated me after partially reading my rights. This was the first time I was mirandized after being arrested for hours. Once arrived at the jail, I was exposed to radiation put through an xray machine without knowing if I was prgnant, my fingerprints were taken prior to conviction, as well as my photo, and my DNA. None of this is allowed until after conviction, again based off of supreme court decision. It is a violation of due process. Once the government violates due process they lose subject matter jurisdiction. They violated my rights in a ton of different ways. I do not have all the names of the all the men and women involved. I will file on the ones that I do have names for and I will update as much as possible. I will attach evidence as soon as I am provided with it since it has been 2 years and yet nothing has been given to me, hopefully it has not been manipulated as I have just been informed that only Tiffany Bronson has the files, again violating chain of custody and providing more opportunity for tampering with evidence. This sheriff's office is a complete disgrace to the community, they take an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States and the state of Florida, and they violate both on a daily basis. something has to be done about this. Listing other deputies, sergeants, and lieutenants as witnesses will be a waste of time these units oeperate as a street criminal gang in fact if you look up the United States Code for criminal gang activity it fits all sheriff and police departments to a T. They will most likely lie as this Department operates as a gang they cover for each other and they go up against anyone who dares to try to bring them down. Look into the RICO suit that was brought against Sheriff Chris Nocco by ex-sheriffs. 20 to 25 ex-deputies accused him of Racketeering and corruption practices. Forcing these men and women from the force for questioning a new technique he was working on called intelligence led policing. They were forced to resign some had to go into hiding because other deputies made their lives impossible with harassment and bodily harm. The sheriff himself has boasted that he is not in the postilion due to deserving it but due to friends in high places. Those in the department who remain either go along with the corruption or are removed. Having to go into hiding for fear for your life for daring to speak the truth is something i would only have thought to see in communist Cuba. Things definitely need to change.
