The officer pulled me over for crossing into on coming traffic which was the first lie I have video evidence to prove that and he wrote me a ticket for fictitious tags because I had just purchased the vehicle the day before and had my tags from my other vehicle that I was planning on transferring to my new vehicle arkansas code 27-14-902 says that it it ok to do so in order to make the ticket stick in court he ran the vin number from the title and got the tag number that was registered to the person I bought the vehicle from and put that on the ticket so it made it look like that was the tag on there which would make it a fictitious tag I have the ticket and dash cam footage to prove this I have uploaded the picture of the ticket and have the dashcam footage on a flashdrive if it is needed I can send it I am using my phone to do this complaint if I need to I can go to a computer and send a copy of the dash cam that shows what tag was on my vehicle when I got stopped
