Officer Fleming fabricated and entered incorrect statements in an arrest report involving domestic violence incident. He failed to state that the male party ran and hid in the woods for over an hour. He entered that the woman was treated for a bleeding lip but did not take photos as evidence. Cameron Fleming also omitted that the male had stolen her cell phone and credit card from her purse in the car and entered that she was grabbing his belongings instead. In doing so the male abuser who was on probation and had previous Dv incidents was allowed to walk away. His bias clearly against a female who was actually the victim, led to her false arrest. His inaction to view evidence, inaction of not interviewing the teenager and son of the woman and fabrications in the report written allowed the actual perpetrator to walk free. She was then assaulted on 6 more occasions by this man after July 29th. Not only did Fleming provide false statements, omitted statements, refuse to view evidence, but also planted prescription drugs belonging to the male into the females purse. The woman told officers the scratches on the man were on video from her home security 2 days prior. Fleming still entered police the photos as injuries inflicted. He refused to look at video evidence and photographs proving the claimed injuries the man said he sustained were a lie. Also after the female victim told officer Fleming the male was intoxicated, he allowed the man to drive her vehicle without a breathalyzer being conducted.
