On January 25, 2024 Michael Dodd put on the emergency lights without a emergency or witness of a crime, as i was making a right turn into the gas station parked at the gas pump, I was illegally detained for alleged lights must be on when using wind shield wipers. A federal twic card was given officer use information obtained from third party Such as date of birth, social security number, driver license, color, and age, and used it to create false tickets, Officer turned a simple matter into a court matter, This is armed identity theft, perjury, armed extortion, armed kidnapping and defamation of character. Officer admitted to stalking and watching me prior to pulling me over. Officer conspired to cause injury and harm without witness of a crime all to collect revenue for his employer acting under color of law. The state and its agencies have waged war on the people and is causing extreme injury all for revenue. Who’s protecting the people from armed officers ?
