Date: July 5th, 2023 Location: 1520 Rutherford Lane Bldg.3, Austin, TX 78754, United States Complaint: (6426) Kelvin Bryant -Prevented me from testing and threatened harm to me in a public parking lot for being a lawful gun owner, his choice of words was a clear indication to me based on his own anxiety that he would kill me if I lawfully carried my firearm inside my vehicle (violating my 2nd amendment right), that was locked away prior to entering the Austin Police Recruiting Location. He also made a false report to both Jorge Rojas and Commander Corey Wroblewski, telling them that I had Weapons and Knives on me inside the recruiting unit. and that I had stared him up and down as a form of intimidation. (6707) John Zavala - Attempted to physically assault me because he didn't like meeting someone who wears a vest for personal protection. He cursed at me, stood very close to me with his fist clenched in a fighting stance, spit on me, told me I was going to be abused in the academy and even took a swing at me in his attempt to attack me. He told me to take my fucking vest off or grab my shit and leave nigger. (6140) Nettie Rogers - Falsely claims to have seen me "hiding" my vehicle being a tree and small hill, and was observed by her that I was returning back to the Recruiting building on foot until I was compromised by her and quickly ran off back to my vehicle and drove away. Nettie Rogers is accusing me of attempting to commit violent attack at the Austin Police Recruiting Unit. Nettie Rogers also had made contact with Sgt. Robinson (3958) and made a false report with her as well. Jorge Rojas - Falsified a report, accusing me of bringing weapons and knives inside the Recruiting building, communicated false information with his Superiors, including to other Police Agencies indicating that I was coming to their location "next" as a threat with weapons in efforts to have me MURDERED! Jorge Rojas was aware that I was testing at other Police Departments and had choose to put not just my life, but other peoples lives in danger by communicating false information to those departments that I was coming there with weapons and I am a threat. He also listed me and my vehicle under "caution" in the Versadex System in efforts to have me MURDERED or have another Officer seriously injured or killed (self-defense) by reporting false information that I am a "threat" which likely will result in an Officer threatening my life based on the false information reported in Versadex and forcing me to have to defend myself and or the lives of my family. Corey Wroblewski - Has plotted to have me 'MURDERED" and has reported me as a terrorist to the Austin Regional Intelligence Center, without any evidence or hesitation. (7212) Maris Heyward - Permanetly disqualified me and refused to provide information as to why an applicant who was no longer interested in testing with the Austin Police Department (after John Zavala was attempting to fight me), end up permanetly disqualified. It appears to me that Maris Heyward retaliated and abused his authority to have me permanetly disqualified. Note: I am actively acussing these 6 individuals of conspiracy to have me MURDERED in retaliaton for not wanting to test with them on July 5th, 2023, because of John Zavala. It's important to know that in the false (conspired) report shared around by jorge Rojas and others, that John Zavala indeed gave me an ultimatum and it's very understanding to anyone reading that false conspired report, that had I removed my vest, my layer of protection like the shoes on my feet, that there wouldn't have been a false conspired report ever created and there wouldn't have ever been a plot between these 6 Gang Members to have me MURDERED.
