1. On may 11, 2022 around 8:30am officer Haley Helton of Mount Holly Police Department put the emergency lights on without a emergency and illegally stopped the automobile, stating it was a traffic stop in a private neighborhood, without witness of any violation or crime, upon the illegal detainment officer than stated stop was to serve a summons. No information or identification was given officer Helton wrote a ticket with the information name, address, etc she had from the summons, by doing so she created fraud upon the court and created controversy. Officer Helton wrote in her report that ASHBY WAS SERVED AND DID NOT HAVE A DRIVER LICENSE, WHEN IN FACT ASHBY WAS NOT SERVED AND BROWN DID IN FACT HAVE LICENSE, By officer Helton falsifying documents it created fraud, injury and loss of liberty. Haley Helton in her private capacity is in fact guilty of Fraud, IDENTITY THEFT, falsifying documents, false statements, abuse of authority, hobb act, and violation of god given rights. Officer are held to a higher standards and must be held accountable in private capacity for damages just like everyone else.
