On July 26, Officer Castro was with [Mother], inside [Father] trailer, from 9:30-11:50 PM minimum - remaining inside with her when the CTW Records concluded at midnight.
Officer Castro’s Notes to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department:
“Included the following people in the incident report [Mother], [Mother BIL] [Father] & two others.”
Investigated Children [age 6] and [age 2] from 11:30-11:50 PM.
Officer Castro’s False Police Report #1 to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department:
“I investigated potential sexual trauma” at 5:14 PM.
Officer Castro’s False Police Report #2 to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Department:
“[Father] made unfounded abuse allegations.”
Officer Castro’s False Police Report #3 to Child Protective Services:
“On July 26, 2023, a welfare check was conducted; however, the mother was not home.”
“Mother received a good cause order, and father is currently filing for a restraining order, unknown why.”
“Father claims he reported this to the doctor, police, and therapist but no one reported this.”
“Father has not seen children in one month.”
Officer Castro’s notes ensured CPS never investigated [Age 6]
July 27, 8:30 AM: CPS informs the Sheriff’s Department that the “Case is closed.”
Two-hours later, Officer Kevin McGoon from the Sonoma Sheriff’s Department visits [Mother] and confirms with her that the CPS case had closed.
10:30 AM: Kevin McGoon “provided advice,” to [Mother]. Report SD232082008028205
As a reminder, Officer Castro told [Father]: “I mean, this isn't something that's going to be resolved tonight, but at the very least, I'll give you a call back and let you know if your kids are okay.”
July 30: Officer Castro visits [Mother] before and after calling [Father] back.
