On January 19th 2023 at or around 10:35am, I was standing on a county sidewalk on N Military Trail in West Palm Beach Florida video recording a traffic stop. PBSO deputy Jason Murphy pulled over a black in color Mercedes Benz. A second PBSO deputy arrived shortly after by the name of D/S Plesnik. She walked past me and was walking to the vehicle that was pulled over in the right lane of traffic walking in the bike lane. Murphy was standing by his patrol car speaking but could not be heard due to the volume of traffic on Military trail. While filming my documentary I did not speak to any parties at all and remained silent the entire time. Deputy Murphy then approaches me in an aggressive manner and states, "you are under arrest for resisting without violence." I tossed my cellular phone and car keys on the grass and was placed into handcuffs. After I was patted down by Deputy Plesnik, I was placed in the back of Jason Murphy's marked patrol car. The vehicle did not have the air conditioner on at the time and the vehicle I was inside of was hot. I told Murphy that I was hot, my chest hurt and I can not breathe. He opens up my door and puts my seat belt on and points a rear camera on me. I asked him to call EMS. I believe I passed out after that. EMS then arrived and wheeled me inside of the ambulance. Paramedics pulled my shirt up under my neck to place leads on my chest. Murphy then stands behind my stretcher directly in front of my feet and holds his black Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 up and points it at me and takes a photograph or video of me with my chest/breasts showing. I was taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center by ambulance. When I was wheeled inside of my room with my chest still exposed the RN was transferring me to a hospital heart monitor when Murphy then obtains a black chair and brings it inside of my room with his laptop and sits in the right corner of my room. He then takes a second photo of me using the same cell phone. A female deputy arrives and tells the RN to put my shirt down then Murphy says, "I better get out of here." Murphy seized my cell phone and it took me two months to get the phone back. The state had to drop the case against me because video footage from Plesnik's car contradicted Murphy's false statement he made on his sworn affidavit. Murphy lied and wrote I was standing one foot away from Plesnik when video footage proved I was more than 15 feet away from then. Murphy retaliated against me after I posted a video of him driving his patrol car in a reckless manner on a public street in December 2022.
