Officer Harrington violated my first and fourth amendment rights. He also proceeded to interrogate me, as I am a minor, without parental consent, an attorney present Or any form of representation. He then proceeded to threaten my future career in the military, harassment chargers with no evidence present, and told me to destroy evidence which contradicted the allegations against me.
