In 2015 the Chief of Police, Scott Neibauer of Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center * Failed at his Supervisory responsibilities * Certified Mail was sent to Chief Scott Neibauer, who " has " failed to disclose the following: 1. Under the supervision of Chief Scott Neibauer, VA Police and dispatch Prince Kyra DeJohnette did assist Mesa police, under the supervision of Chief Ramon Bautista, who has been placed on the Brady list. Officers under Chief Ramon Bautista did falsify documents, in order to get a conviction. Officer Calderon under Chief Ramon Bautista was allowed under Chief Ramon Bautista to falsify information about my address and classify me as a transient. This would ensure I would not be notified by courts, which did deprive me of constitutional rights. Next Officer Calderon used a DR# which belonged to a Black Man, unknown to me. His DR# was 2014 1030 394, which had a fugitive of justice warrant for a failure to appear. My DR# and incident# with Officer Calderon was 2014 1030 448 with no fugitive of justice warrant, and I was not given a ticket at the scene or in the Hospital by Mesa police, and to this day, I have been denied a copy of a ticket by Mesa police and a Federal warrant in my name.
