Maricopa County Adult Probation, requested mental health services on my behalf, without my knowledge, and against my will, claiming I was serviced by mental health services from them when I was not. I am a disabled combat veteran, who gets free mental health and medical through the Department of Veterans Affairs and Medicare, yet I was charged for these " Goods and Services, " by Maricopa County Adult Probation, which was never rendered. I requested proof of why Maricopa County Adult Probation requested mental health services for me, and why I was billed, only to be " threatened with jail time, " by Sean McMillan of Maricopa County Adult Probation. On 01/12/2023, Sean McMillan called me from 602- 526-6445 at 10:55 am; We talked for 21 minutes and 42 seconds. Sean McMillan spoke to me in a demeaning, discriminatory way, and when I requested why Maricopa County Adult Probation requested mental health services I never needed and then charged my insurance, I was threatened by Sean McMillan with jail time, as he has the authority to initiate the revocation of my probation.
