On December 21, 2022 at approximately 2114 CST (9:14 pm CST) I was pulled over on highway 67 by Deputy Johnny Scott. The Deputy was parked in the Median facing south bound with all of his lights off. Which by law he is not supposed to do. When he approached my vehicle and was informing me of why he stopped me i attempted to inform the deputy several times i was traveling not driving. Traveling is a constitutionally protected activity in which they cannot require a license or regulate anyone from doing, based on Supreme Court ruling “No state shall convert a liberty into a privilege, license it, and attach a fee to it” Murdock V. Penn., 319 US 105, “If the state converts a liberty into a privilege, the citizen can engage in the right with impunity” Shuttlesworth V. Birmingham 373 US 262. Police, Cops, Deputies, Sheriffs, etc. can only monitor those who are engaged in commerce. This means they have to prove first, that i am doing commerce. Going to the corner store, the market, or returning home from out of state is not commerce. “The court is to protect against any encroachment of the Constitutionally secured liberties.”Boyd V. US 116 US 616. Well that night i was arrested falsely for “driving without a license”, during the arrest as he was slamming into the back seat so hard i came out of my shoes, Deputy Scott told me “your under arrest for being a fucking dick”. Unfortunately there is no body cam or dash board cam of the incident because they don’t use them. But you can tell his change in demeanor from when he took me out of the car and when he returned and yelled at my wife when she had nothing to do with the situation. The deputy used vulgar language at my wife and repeatedly told my wife that we were idiots and that her mental health problems weren’t his problem when all she was doing was asking him to lower his voice while she was informing him of her issues. So we were deprived of our rights, threatened, put under duress and i was assaulted and battered and kidnapped, along with title 18 usc 241 Conspiracy Against Rights because a state trooper showed up as i was put in the back seat of the car. Title 18 USC 242 Deprivation of Rights under color of law.
