I was parked in a “Private Parking Lot (Faith Baptist Church), located at 331 Silver Street, Greenfield, MA, with my headlights off, while checking my cell phone messages, after working until late at night. Suddenly, Jay Butynski and Jason Haskins arrived, asked what I was doing (I said I was praying; after all this is a Church Parking Lot); immediately they demanded that I “get out of my car.” They both searched my Toyota Corolla ABSENT, existential circumstances, lawful warrant, due process, injured party. They both falsely accused me of possession of cocaine; I have no idea what they think they found, but the Toxicology Report came back Negative; and they both accused me of threatening them, which was NOT True. After they pinned their knee into the back of my head, forcing my face into the ground, they falsely arrested me for parking in a "Private Parking Lot"; then they requested a Breath Test after they arrested me because they “FORGOT” to request a Breath Test prior. They both FALSELY charged me for Drunk Driving (I was not even driving – I was Parked), for possession of Cocaine (PRIOR to any Toxicology test result), and for Trespassing. I personally had many friends who attend Faith Baptist Church, and I was NOT Trespassing. - On or around 10/14/2015, Greenfield Recorder, MassLive and WWLP published False information of false accusations, thereby committing defamation of character, Libel and Slander against me to this day.
