I had went to the courthouse to obtain a blank CCS form. While standing in line someone comes up behind me telling me I need to put up my phone. As I turn to see who this is a guy in a sheriff’s uniform says William King? As he’s grabbing my wrists and proceeds to cuff me. I never got the chance to answer before I’m cuffed nor had I ever during the course of this been read my Miranda rights nor told that I was actually under arrest. I demanded to see a warrant and prob cause affidavit while counting the number of times I’ve asked (5) and what this man’s name and badge number was. Each time with a grin he would simply say “ok”. After he spent 10min on a computer on third floor he calls for backup because I’m demanding to know why I’m being arrested as I’ve not missed a court date and had a review for child support (December 15th) which is the only thing I could think of. I was never answered only statement from him was “Come on you know how this works.” Actually I’ve never been arrested so, no but I know this is not lawful. I’m taken to the basement to his car to be kidnapped to the jail handcuffed and shackled where I’m assaulted by being photographed, fingerprinted, dna swabbed like I’d already been a convicted criminal altho never having been notified of why exactly I’m arrested while never having been in front of a judge. Before this officer leaves he picks up a random piece of paper from behind the desk and proceeded to read to me where I interrupted demanding to be able to see and read this supposed warrant for myself to which he refused and left. Somewhere near 6pm the girl behind the desk states that if I’d quit demanding to see warrant she was going to OR me if I’d just sign some papers. To which I said you can’t threaten me of jail while under duress and think that I’m bound to sign or agree to anything. I’m already here illegally throw me in a cell if that’s what your gonna do. She produces 3 papers and tells me to sign them and I’ll be released. I again remind her that I’m not legally bound to whatever those papers may say or ask me to do as I’ve not legally been arrested. Finally at 7pm she says I’m free to go where I again demand to have the warrant and supporting affidavit to which I’m told “we only have one copy.” I said find a copier to which she said ask your lawyer. I’ve went to the sheriffs office twice to yet ever see the warrant and supporting affidavit once claiming that it was 30min past office closing and the last I was told your lawyer can request it. I stated I did not have nor need a lawyer and I personally am demanding to have them. To which he replied “Well if you don’t have council I’m not sure how that works.” Wednesday of the following week not a true warrant nor affidavit was rubber banded to my gate. No raised state seal, no judges signature, actually illegal as can be a photocopied signature from a Sarah Green who is a prosecutor. This is not legal at all. I have two different affidavits one given to me by a attorney which is also void as it claims arresting officer was a David Callahan which by his own admission is a investigator prosecutor when in fact it was a totally different 30yr younger Dainel Ray which refused to identify until a week later at court I seen him and asked if he would be so kind to finally tell me his name. Again I got a smart response “you must have forgot I told you names Dan.” The affidavit I was given by council in unrelated case differs in many ways from what was banded to my gate a week after my illegal arrest. It claims 2 level 6 felony’s which are 10k behind when the number listed is $9,630.00 as well as stating that the guy that owes this amounts name is Kevin Anthony King clearly not me. This cause # was created sept 9th and a warrant was issued by sept 14 without me ever being notified nor being before a judge all the while there is already a superior court that retains jurisdiction as the one originally ordering the support while having review date scheduled for dec 15th. All info regarding this new case is being kept from me again illegally as it’s been labeled confidential/or redacted which unless disclosed to protect private info has been ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
